Product: StagePilotPro (digital software; download + license key)
1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the software product StagePilotPro. Purchases are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record), who handles checkout, payment processing, invoicing, and tax collection. Your contract for the purchase/payment is therefore with Paddle; your license and product support relate to StagePilotPro / Kroesus Entertainment.
2. Digital Delivery
StagePilotPro is provided exclusively as a digital product. No physical goods are shipped. Access to the software and/or license key is provided electronically after successful purchase.
3. Licensing / Activations
The purchase grants a non-transferable license to use StagePilotPro according to the applicable license model.
- Activation limit: one (1) device per license, unless stated otherwise.
- Reinstallation or hardware changes may count as a new activation.
- Additional activations may require purchasing an additional license or contacting support.
4. Updates
Updates may be provided within the same major version at no additional cost, unless explicitly stated otherwise. There is no entitlement to future major versions.
5. Support
Support is provided via e‑mail only at info@kroesusentertainment.com. No telephone support is offered. We aim to respond within a reasonable time during normal business days.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the software or license key to third parties unless explicitly permitted by applicable law or by written agreement.
7. Refunds
Refunds and withdrawal requests are handled via Paddle in accordance with our Refund & Withdrawal Policy. You can also request help for an order via paddle.net (Order Support).
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typically associated with this type of software product. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
